this is going to sound horribly pedestrian to all you digital natives, but I just today discovered that I can sort my email folders by SIZE, thus putting at the top of the pile the ones with big attachments that were taking up so much space. omygosh, I went from teetering around 80-90% full and searching out photos to download and delete the emails of, to having under 60% storage used! I now know not to save newsletters after skimming them. Probably could have kept a few of those photo emails, but it's ok, I have the photos, and I've replied to them, and I hardly ever go back and look at old emails anyway, whereas I do sometimes go into my photo folders.
